Changing master data 0FUNDS_CTR

Hello,

I need to add time-independent attributes to characteristic 0FUNDS_CTR which have until now only time-dependent attributes.

When i try to activate it i have message R7045 (Characteristic 0FUNDS_CTR: The Master Data Table is new and must be filled with data-->long text).

But i don't understand what to do to correct this.
