Over mandant user...how to do?

Hi all!I'm a newbie here and also a newbie SAP administrator in my company 😊 so I'll have probably lots of questions to put to you all in the next future.

Now I expose my actual problem:

- I need to create an over mandant user on my R3 SAP system...I try to explain...I've heard about the possibility to create a user that isn't mandant dependent so to avoid in my actual SAP landscape, to jump from a mandant to another with different users and different passwords one for every mandant number.

How can create an user that allow to access to all mandant?Is it possible? Please let me know 😉
