To get the list of pending documents to be billed through VF04 from background job

Hi to all,

Have gone through many threads regarding to get any help on my requirement, which is as: Client is asking to have list of pending documents(Sales Orders, Deliveries) to be billed.
Actually I have tried the same by using Program: SDBILLDL by scheduling background job, but by using this program system generates the billing document also which is not required by my client, As they need only list of pending documents through Transaction: VF04.

Will highly appreciate any help in this regards.

Adding to Lakshmipathi'si comments, sales documents waiting to be billed are stored in billing index table, VKDFS, which is actually the basis of VF04 screen.

Not sure what exactly you were trying to check. It is a standard process that if you execute VF04, system, by default would check Delivery-related box and you need to select Order-related also, so that system would display all pending sale orders and deliveries to be billed. If this is not happening in your case, then you need to share the screen shot what output you got after executing VF04.

I'm also confused what exactly is the problem with just using VF04 to get a list. Why is it required to be provided by a background job and what purpose would this serve?
