Hi,
In my production system, one process FI process chain, which execute once a day at mid night.
Suddenly it was locked by aleremote 10 days back.
Please help me my giving my further steps in this case.

Please let me know what details you want to know more about this case.
Hi Narayana,
You check at the SM51 level and try to delete the entry ata application server level if it is running ,
If it is just loacked with ALEREMOTE user , goto SM12 and delete the entry if you have the otherization ,
If not ask your basis guy to delete the lock.
