Hello,
I would assume you need a configuration guide or something like this.
What you need is:
1. Avaliabe HTTP(S) port in Tr. SMICM (You can check this under GOTO-> Services). If you do not have one, you need to configure one.
2. FQDN: Please read: https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BSP/FullyQualifiedDomainName%28FQDN%29
3. You need to activate the corresponding ICF nodes. You can find detalied information on this in SAP note: #517484
These are the mist basic steps. If all this is ok, a BSP application should start.
Best regards,
Dezso
P.S. Can you please rename your topic? This name is not really telling much about the question. Thank you!

Hi muni,,
You need to have WAS6.40 or above in order to work with BSP's. U can download SAP netweaver sneak preview ABAP edition from SDN download area (which is WAS6.4) and you can use that to develop/learn BSPs.

This is NOT correct. BSP technology was delivered with WAS 6.10. Although 6.10 does lack several key features (MVC and BSP Extensions for instance), the 6.20 version is full featured. In fact almost all features of BSP in 6.40 are also available in 6.20 (The ICFX logon screen being about the only major thing missing from 6.20 that I can think of).
The sneak preview ABAP system on SDN is not actually 6.40. It is NetWeaver04S (which if you had to draw a connection to WebAS releases - it would be WebAS 7.0 - however we don't use that naming or release numbering any longer).
