In my project we have CRM CTI implementation. In this, once the customer call is ended we need to call a web service that is of some other vendor who is providing a API to send a SMS.
My Queries :
1) How to call a web service from CRM by sending a HTTP Post data?
2) How to automatically trigger the Web service when the call is ended?
3) Is there any note available for this?
