Problem Creating Service Message

Hello all Together, Good Morning Experts,

I'm configuring a Service Desk for a service Provider and want to receive messages for mostly non-sap products in combination with sap products.

i have the following problem:

I created some non-sap products in my "smsy" and wanted to create a service message in the service desk of the Solution Manager. After Hours of searching i found out that i couldn't set a client when i create an non-sap product or system in the solution manager. on the contrary if i create a sap system with e.g. xi i can set a client. (Btw: the created sap systems are not automatically taken over in the ibase installation "SOL_MAN_DATA_REP". Because of that i cannot create a service desk message).

In the created IBASE all non sap product are represented, can be found over the search menue in the input field "System/Ibase" in the Support Desk Message Window, but not the sap components. I'm quite stuck and try to find a solution.

Does anyone know how to switch off the client check in the service desk message or is there a way to setup an message without a client?
