How to find the total number of pages in a list like 1 of 10

Hi,

I have program which displays an ALV and when the program is executed in "execute and print" or "background" mode the program creates a list, in that spool i have to display total number of pages in the format eg 1 of 12. Please help me regarding this issue, Whether it should be calculated dynamically.
