I work at a construction company where there are a lot of changes and where we need constant communication between purchasing department and the technical one.
We want to create a list of prices depending on providers and regions, because the prices differ. Also, and because the prices change regularly depending if it's a high or low period, we want that the list is automatically updated once the purchase (or order) is submited with a new price.
Is there a possibility for this to be created?

I guess short answer is "yes" but a long answer would qualify as bona fide consulting. You might want to either hire a consultant or, if you expect free assistance from SCN, explain what have you tried so far and ask more specific questions.
