I have created a heat map visualization based on a net paid amount and the shipper name. I have a ranking on this to show me the top 5 shippers. The chart has automatically created the following color threshold values (please note the commas are for clarity only and do not appear in the color threshold values):
This default color threshold has most of my results in the bottom two categories. I wanted a better distribution so I tried to change the threshold amounts by going into Change Colors... option and reducing the numbers in the Change Threshold area by one zero. This would produce the following groupings (once again the commas are for clarity only):
When I make this change the 2,300,000 value is red indicating an error. The only information it will give me is that it is an invalid value but will not tell me what is wrong with it. Even if I change it to 3,000,000 which would ensure it is larger than the smallest value on my chart the error is not resolved.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can resolve it?
I am using Lumira Desktop V1.29.3, Build 99
Thanks
Hi Keith
In the world of Lumira, version 1.29 is quite old. Can you see if you get the same issue after upgrading to Lumira 1.31 patch 4 (1.31.4)?
