How to get date from ALV

Hi, thanks in advance.

I called below method to get an ALV and made it editable. My question is after that, how can I get all data from this ALV into an internal table? how can I get deleted data?

call method g_grid->set_table_for_first_display

CHANGING

it_fieldcatalog = pt_fieldcat

it_outtab = pt_outtab.
