Customizing Cockpit

Hi all,

I'm using 3 extractors for sales overview IC (2lis_11,2lis_12,2lis_13).My problem is that i have done all by documentation to initialized, schedule,activate etc of this extractors and something is very strange:

i get delta in the BW <b>but</b> when i check in TA RSA3 i see the initial number of records, it doesn't change although it changes in BW.

In addition, every time i get to job control the light in the "start date" is red ..

Any ideas?
