BC_MSG Table is growing very fast

Hi Team,

We have very strange issue where I could see our PI table BC_MSG is growing very fast and creating unnecessary problem. As as emergency measure we are deleting them using below URL

http://Hostname:Port/MessagingSystem/job/reorgdb.jsp

We are on PI 7.40 SP 11.

We have already check the delete and archive job at pimon, using the following link:

http://<server>:port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~ui~mainframe~wd/FloorPlanApp?applicat...

However, we find the delete and archive jobs running, yet the table size is growing consistently, without cleaning up the delivered messages.

Any idea?

You need to schedule the archive and deletion jobs in your system. Please check the below SAP note
