How to create a FPM view?

Hi, Experts,

I want to add an custom infotype to MSS, team view,

i found this link:

according to it, we can create a generic iview which based on a infoset query, and integrate it to mss, sound cool!

I have add Self service admin role to myself, and i can access the self-service admin tab, but i just dont know how to create a fpm view as descriped in the document.

there is nothing in the self service admin interface, only a portal content browser, but according to the document , it should have 4 iviews which can help to create fpm applications.

could you please tell me what 's wrong ,and how to create fpm view ?
