Regarding standard report for Billing Documents

Hi All,

<b>I want to know is there any standard report in SAP for a Delivery which is being created[Being Processed] but Billing[Invoice] is not happen to the same.

I want to know if there is any standard report showing all the Deliveries without Without any Billing/Invoice being processed.</b>

I am working in <b>SAP 4.6C</b> Version.

Can any body give solution for above issue.
