Use of "Delete" button in Personalization view

Hi,

I would like to know what the use of the button "Delete" in the Personalization view is. The documentation says it deletes the personalization data for that user, but when I click on the button "Delete", nothing visible seems to change! All personalization changes I had 'saved' last time I invoked the personalization view still remain.

Also, what is the difference in the functioning of the "Reset" button and the "Delete" button in the Personalization window?
