problem with key figure scale

I did upload the transaction from flat file to 0FIGL_01

something went wrong with my key figure 0balance, 0debit and 0credit.

i.e 0BALANCE it shows 679,526,750.00 instead of 679,526.75 at the stage of preview and PSA

I did not make change to the scaling of key figure at all...coz yesterday it still show properly...please advise what went wron
