Hours to Complete not working for Rule Based Workflow in MDG-M

Hello,

I have to set up SLA for each approval step for a Change Request by using Decision table column - 'Hours to Complete'. I expected to get a notification in SAP Inbox after the given time in 'hours to complete' column.

But I did not receive any notification. I have set 15 mins time by giving value "0,25" in Hours to Complete column.

Please advise if there any more configuration required to make 'Hours of Complete' work. How does it works?

Hi Pavan,

Non user agent Decision Table and other SLA configurations are fine.

I am able to get notification for "1 hour" in hours to complete, but when I give 0,25 hours to set 15 minutes SLA it does not works.
