Dear SAP BPC experts,
I am facing the following issue: when I am logging into the system the new report icon is inactive sometimes. Please be noted that the new report icon is active 90 % with the same authorisation access. My questions are the followings:
1.Is there a way that we can trace the BPC authorisation?
2.Is it a common error that the new report icon become inactive for the user with the same access rights? The majority of the time is active but becomes inactive as you are logging into the system for an empty EXCEL template with the same access rights?
