error during allocation check using ME21N

Hi,

I have created an allocation group and set up a planning area . I have created CVC . Allocation group and planning area do not any error.

When I check for availability for STO in ME21N , I get an error " APO: Characteristics combination for item HKxkm6zpHhFX0 000P0S1TG/ was not found Message no. ME674". I checked even with only plant and location as CVC. I still get the same error. Any idea..?
