Populate Standard Search Help

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to fill or restrict Standard Search Help's Value without implementing Search Help Exit nor Creating own custom search help ?
In this case, for Search Help H_T449S

What i would like to replicate is on TCODE IE02, if F4 on Location Field,
Search Help's Plant field will be auto filled with MaintPlant from screen before and locked, and query will be filtered accordingly. (as shown below).

Sorry if question has been asked before, i've search but only found Search Help Exit / Create Own Custom search help.
