field-based restricted key figure

Hi gurus,

I'm trying to create a restricted key figure filtered by field (not identified with infoobject) that has been created in an aDSO but the query designer dumps.

I have found this solution from giorgos.giannantonakis but it didn't work for me.

The problem raises when creating the query against the Composite Provider based on aDSO. The query against the aDSO works fine.

What is preventing you from creating an InfoObject for thefield , and identifying the field with the InfoObject?

That's exactly what I did. The point was to not create unnecessary objects in BW.
