workitem In UWL is still visible even after approval

Hi Team,

I wanted to know how many minutes a workitem will take to disappear from UWL inbox after approval.

Is there any standard time? or on factors it will depend?

Our clients are complaining that workitem is not disappearing till 5 minutes after approval. Is it a natural behavior or can we do something on this.

Ideally It will not take much time it will vanish once it is approved. check with system configuration.

Hi Sindhu,

Can you check what is the time duration mentioned in the properties (refresh period and Delta pull) of the UWL connectors.

Navigation: System Administration -> System Configuration -> Universal Worklist and Workflow.

Hi Sindhu,

From your screenshot I can suggest a few things:

1. Please check option Refresh Completed Items

2. Set value of Delta Pull Channel Refresh Period (in seconds) based on your system.

Also as suggested Armandao, you can refer the note which will shed more light on the various properties listed above.
