Hi experts.
Let me present the following question.
At the client there are a group of documents that arrive in paper format which must be afterwards scanned into to the legacy application.
It is intended to replace the legacy application with SAP DMS.
I haven't found any relevant documentation detailing how can a document be digitalized and sent into DMS or SAP CRM (preferibly DMS), if it is even possible at all.
Does anyone knows of a solution for this?
And how to initiate a workflow upon digitalization?
