LMS LSO600 ECC6 Environment Errors

Hi,

If anybody can answer these questions in LMS that will be of great help.

We had implemented SAP LSO600 in ECC6. Right now we are facing these problems during our support after our Go Live.

The Learners are trying to Book and start the WBT courses from the Portal. The following errors keep coming while accessing the Courses through portal all of a sudden.

1)Your request could not be processed due to an incorrect system configuration. Please contact your system administrator.

We had been using the system for the last 2 months and there were no error for this period. Suddenly this error keep coming all of a sudden. Initally we thought the number of HTTP connections that has been limited for a WBT Course was set to 50. It has been changed to 200 now. But still this problem occurs. Not all the Users are facing this problem. Not all the courses has this problem. We are not able to continuosly replicate this error. If anybody had faced this problem and have a solution please help.

2) Logon to the learning system failed. This error is also a similar one as above. If anybody had faced this problem and have a solution please help.

RFC function module that does the booking will check for some authorizations based on sy-uname. it looks like there is some authorizations missing for the login user. Pls compare the profile to one which is working or put a trace on the function module that does booking and see any authorization fails..
