GRC Suspend Access Request Creation Temporarily

Hi all,

We need to re-import some roles and perform other maintenance activities in Production GRC. To avoid problems due to roles being used in Access Requests, we want to give a period for the approvers to complete all requests, but stop new ones from being created.

Is there a way to suspend the creation of Access Requests for a defined period or until the Admin activates it again, please?

Hi,

There is no switch to activate or deactivate creation of requests. But there are ways to deny this auth. Remove access reqd., for access request creation, or remove the link. Other ways will require change in configuration, which is not desirable.
