Dimension filter in Desing studio

Hi Experts,

we are building design studio dashboard, I have defined a dimension filter "WEEKS", First I have selected 10 to 15 weeks, when I run second time from 15 to 20. First selected in the dashboard still in the selection.

Please advise me, how to solve this.

Hi - how is it repeating? I can't repeat your issue. Please provide steps of how this is occurring. Also please share which version of Design Studio you are using.

Hi Tammy,

Let me tell you what is happening.

1. Dimensions filters are created based on a query , name is week.

2. Now from this I am passing values to data source with 1to 5, need to I am going back to change the week selection to 6 to 10, when I select the second one and apply the first one still exists on the dimension filter.

Please let know if you want me to give design details.

Hi Guna - can you share screen shots of this part, and perhaps also the properties screen for your dimension filter:

I assume you are passing values at run time, right?

Hi Tammy,

I am in Release 1.6 SP4 Patch 1 (Version: 16.4.1), Kindly let me know if I am missing anything.

Steps:

Created a dimension filter on week and passing into DS which is created based on BEX query.

Hi Guna - how does the week value appear twice? Are you running the application twice? I can try to record my steps but I can't recreate the issue you are experiencing.
