I need to change the service account in our business objects environment. We are using windows AD/SSO . I am looking for documentation but couldn't find it in the market place. Can some one help?
There is no specific document.You need to change in the SIA properties and in the CMC->Windows AD authentication.Also need to run the SPN command for new service account.
check in the attached documnet where service account used and same you need to repeat again for new service account
Changing service account for the third party authentication will impact the content which we saved it in Inbox and my favorites (if we do not have alias with enterprise) ?
