ESS (ITS version) problem - Could not start transaction, it is unknown

Hi guys,

I try to implement ESS in NW Portal. ESS is ITS based (version 50.4) and I have problems with displaying some transactions. When I click for example to display My Qualification Profile, I get an error:

The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "my_qualis" because of the following error: Transaction MY_QUALIS is unknown.

The same error is for transactions MY_REQUIREMENT and MY_PROFILEMATC.

How to solve it?

If u would be so kind - step by step solution, I'm not basis person..
