ESS (ITS version) problem - Could not start transaction, it is unknown

Hi guys,

I try to implement ESS in NW Portal. ESS is ITS based (version 50.4) and I have problems with displaying some transactions. When I click for example to display My Qualification Profile, I get an error:

The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "my_qualis" because of the following error: Transaction MY_QUALIS is unknown.

The same error is for transactions MY_REQUIREMENT and MY_PROFILEMATC.

How to solve it?

If u would be so kind - step by step solution, I'm not basis person..

Hi Peter,

Seems you experience the problem which is mentioned in SAP note 989628.

Dear Peter,

Pl check if the services MY_REQUIREMENT,MY_PROFILEMATC or MY_QUALIS are published to the ITS or not.Check it at the following path "C:\Program Files\SAP\ITS(ITS NAME)\6.20\ITS\services. Or search for the MY_REQUIREMENT.srvc file in the instance where ITS is installed.

If u dont find it then pl publish the above two services and try again.

Pl award a point if it helps.
