GRC Access Control -> SOD risk review Workflow -> issue with Admin review stage

Hi Experts,

This query is related to SOD risk review workflow:

I am on GRC AC 10.1 system, set up the default config. parameters ID's for SOD review process. (with ADMIN_review turned on [parameter 2019- YES])-> activated the default MSMP workflow for SOD review process-> set up required owners.

But scheduling job for SOD review-> Job ID/ request ID is stuck at ADMIN_review stage.

AC-> Access management-> Compliance certificate reviews-> Request reviews

request is stuck at above path, No generate / actions option available here!

only option of change reviewer is possible, but that too doesn't generate the request for next stage (risk reviewer), add comments section is also greyed out. I have scheduled "Updated workflow for SOD request" but doesn't help!

Please note: MSMP default workflow works fine, when i deactivate admin review option via param. 2019. so issue seems to be with ADMIN_REVIEW stage only.

Request your inputs on same, did anyone faced simialr issue in SOD/UAR review process? any suggestions/solutions are most welcome 🙂

Hi,

Risk owners should have assigned coordinators and make sure you have maintained risk owners in risk and generate ruleset.

Hi,

you have to save the reviewer after making changes. And then run the update workflow program.

that too doesn't work!

Although - practically we may not require to change reviewer for every request, in case those are correctly marked.
