Only automatic batch determination required for components in production order

Hi, would like only automatic batch determination for the components of the production order. if any user want to enter the batch manually, system should pop-up error message saying only automatic determination is possible. please advise what settings need to be done to get this solution. thanks and regards.

Hi Raju,

I would advise you not to do so as it may result into a situation where you are not able to correct batch . Like for eg. check the issue in below link. Here manual batch correction would be required. If helpful please do give points.
