Workflows and Events and transacctions of TR

I'm new in a Workflow tecnology...and I have the next problem:

I need trigger the standar WorkFlow: WF 20000138(trtmtr: liberac.oper.tres.nivel.) with the execution of the transaction: TO01, But i don't know to do that,

How to do that.

I hope that sombody can i help me.
