PI -Permanent error: Adapter call failed. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.lib.ra.cci.XIAdapterException

Hi Experts,

I am trying to do C4C and hybris marketing integration, I started with Business Partner replication scenario and the data flows from C4C to PI.

Now I am getting an error in PI.

I used the prepackaged integration content and followed the integration guide given by SAP in help.sap.com

I am getting the following error

I created communication channel from templates given in ESR(prepackaged) and I am not sure if the resource path is correct

Please help here !
