SAP CRM - How to get the "Subsequent Assignment" documents for a transaction

Hi Experts,

Users can add the subsequent assignment documents in Transaction History assignment block from WebUI

Now I would like to get the "Subsequent Assignment" document details for a transaction in the report program. do we have any FM or tables to get that documents?
