Every quarter there is constant change ,format and EPM reports gets changed. However management want to track the changes made to the report and its previous version.
What is the best practice to store all theprevious version of reports and changes during the course of time.

EPM reports are Excel files! How do you want to perform version check of Excel file???? With some constant part and changing each refresh part... Useless to my mind.
Just save backup copies in some network folders (with date in the folder name). Then you will be able to manually compare files...
