How to assign specific ALV grid to Job

Hello gurus,

Is it possible to assign default user specific ALV layout to the batch job user?

Program is WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_LOAD. As a result we should have 3 different ALV layout afetr processing this programm by 3 different batch users.

I have only one idea (without ABAP) how to make it: is to login in to SAP with batch users name and pwd and assign user specific ALV layout and make it default. But Security&Basis team told it is wrong...

Please, help to find another solution, better without ABAP.
