SAP PI: SOAP Base 64 XSTRING to PDF file

Scenarion : Soap sender will send pdf base 64 as XSTRING, at mapping we are decoding the XSTRING and creating a file with pdf extension. The decode is working fine as it is creating a pdf file. The issue is contents in the pdf are blank, using receiver FCC and file type is mentioned as Binary.... Not sure if FCC is causing the issue

This means that decode doesn't work fine or you don't pass decoding result as output binary payload.
