EPMWorkStatus formula does not return values for parameters 1-user and 2-time

Hello Experts,

EPMWORKSTATUS works for the parameter 0 but doesn't return any value for 1 or 2. We are using SAP BPC 10.1 NW.

Below are the Software Components

CPMBPC8100004SAPK

SAP_BW7400009SAPKW74009SAP Business Warehouse

Can you please suggest how to overcome this problem.

This issue has been identified as a BUG a long time ago.
