Workflow task assignment and SLA in case user goes on unplanned leave

Hi All,

I am trying to find out best possible approach in MDG for the below workflow scenario:

If user goes on unplanned leave: An SLA need to be set for few minutes, say 15 mins. If not acted upon then the user's supervisor has to get an email alert notification, hence the Supervisor can assign new user to attend the task.

For this scenario, I have questions like:

1. How to determine if user is on unplanned leave. Which database table?

2. How to determine the start date and time of leave. Which database table?

3. To set a 15 mins SLA for the particular WF step: Which BADI can be used? or Decision table column 'Hours of Completion' ?

4. To trigger email which BADI will work ?
