step by step customizing in hr

hello

I need some clues on customizing step,since I have joined for 1 month to sap-hr community.

therefore I will need your helps more .

I specifically couldn't match departments(payroll,pa,pt) with each others.

    Which sub-module exactly are you supposed to work on? SAP HR is a huge area, pls be specific.

    And what do you mean by 'I specifically couldn't match departments(payroll,pa,pt) with each others'?
