R/3 Connection with BW

Ankit,

go to the source system tab in RSA1 , right click on your source system and select check..

otherwise go to SM59 - find your source system RFC connection and right click and select 'check"

Also what exactly do you mean by checking the connection , is it just to check the connection or anything other than that too ?

I have started a project right now. I would have to creat a report on headcount. I know the datasources and function modules.
