FIORI apps for PPM 1.0 for S/4HANA

Dear Gurus

Kindly help me with this issue as i'm trying to configure Fiori apps for PPM such as

My Projects

My Tasks

Confirm project tasks

Basically all the apps that falls under PPM-FIO in the below link

and many other apps in the area of FI that works fine but the PPM apps shows an empty tile with a plus sign in the launchpad , I'm doing nothing but copying the roles and assign them to my user and test the standard app in the FI app works very well unlike PPM

    Hi Karim

    Ok so there are 13 apps in that area relevant to S/4HANA - you can find that out from the Fiori Apps Library using this guide

    They are all provided in technical catalog SAP_TC_PPM_PRO_COMMON but there's no provided business catalog.

    All this means is that you should find those apps via the Fiori Search or App Finder (assuming your User Experience Lead has activated those apps of course) - and then you add them to your launchpad directly.

    You can also create your own tile catalog(s) and tile group(s) in the Launchpad Designer so you can set up a default homepage selection for your Project Manger role and other project related business roles. Your UX Lead can help you with that and you can find some further guidance here

    Please check the below info, not sure it will be help you:-

    Fiori apps of UI FOR SAP PORTF PROJ MGMT 6.0 in SAP Portfolio and Projec


    The SAP Fiori apps of the UI FOR SAP PORTF PROJ MGMT 6.0 product version are no longer

    supported. For the Program Manager role, the following SAP Fiori apps are not available anymore:

    Approve Decision Points

    Create Portfolio Item Proposals

    Change Portfolio Items

    For the Project Team Member role, a new Confirm Project Tasks app is available.

    Business Process-Related Information

    The functionality is also provided by corresponding Web Dynpro applications, therefore no major

    impact is expected.

    Required and Recommended Action(s)

    If you are using the apps for the Program Manager role, check the Web Dynpro applications.

    Dear All

    Thanks for your fast reply and sorry for my late thanking

    Unfortunately we had a system indecent that led us to re-install the whole system but fortunately after that when i activated the apps again "My projects" app showed for the Project manager role and also some apps for the Project team so far i have no idea why the apps didnt show in the last time to avoid that mistake but now it works and that is great
