R/3 - Most used Field Names and Extraction Structure/Source table ?

Hello experts,

I am looking for list of mostly used fields and master/text table name for the fields that ETL consultant should be aware of...

For example:

KOKRS Controlling Area

KOSTL Cost Center

KSTAR Cost Element

BUKRS Company Code

VBELN Delivery Doc

LIFNR Vendor

KUNNR Customer

LGORT Storage Location

I would greatly appreciate your help.

    The best way to check is BI Content for whatever specific module u r looking for.

    If u like to take basic idea of master data fields of any module ,like FI check the below link (under org unit and basic settings)
