how do you pass idoc adapters in exchange infrastructure?

Hi,
First go the R/3 system from which you want to push idoc in to XI
In R/3 system go to Transaction Code WE19
execute it ...you will find the existing IDOCs then select it and execute it you will be going to a page...at the top of the page select StartOutboundProcessing...
It willsend it to XI
In XI you can see this messages by going in to IDX5

Can you plese rephrase your question.
Generally there is no need for a Sender IDOC adapter where are you need to configure the communication channel for Receiver IDOC.
