ISA useradmin doesn't work(/isauseradm/useradmin/init.do)

Dear all,

I have finished setting jco in http:// : /isauseradm/admin/xcm/ init.do, and jco testing is OK. I think i have finished all the xcm configuration for it. Then i go to http:// : /isauseradm/useradmin/ init.do?scenario.xcm=isauseradmB2B, here isauseradmB2B is my scenario(application) name. but it always give me a blank page. and in log file isa.0.log, isaerror.0.log, i get below exception.

Try restarting the ISA User Admin Application using the Visual Administrator.

Also clear the Cache before accessing the Application in the IE.

    Thanks
