Deployment exception : Server avonserver did not accept login request

Hi all,

when i am deploying the ear file on portal j2ee server, it is asking SDM password. I have given the correct password. But it is giving the error saying that

Settings

SDM host : avonserver

SDM port : 50018

Deployment exception : Server avonserver did not accept login request as admin on port 50018. Details: ERROR: Could not establish connection to server avonserver at port 50018: Connection refused: connect

Please help me wheather is realted to system user and portal user
