ActionInbox connection broken

Hi all,

we want to integrate an iView for the UWL's ActionInbox (com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.uwl_iview). The services are obviously working as they should because as a super admin I can access this iView and get some messages, e.g. for subscriptions I created.

Accessing the iView with a "normal" user only an empty list is shown, although there should be some. The iView shows a broken connection symbol which displays the following message "Failure in retrieving from action inbox".

In the logs I find the eception "SQL name too long" every time the user tries to access the iView.

Does anyone has an idea?
