System time zone and user Time zone

Hi,

We have a SAP systems in diffrent time zones . Development at one time zone , QA and Prod at another time zone .

Now my question is do we need to maintain all the systems across the landscape would have to maintain same time zone ?

Or Country specific time zones?

Should i maintained User time zone and System time zone both should same time zone ?

because users are diffrent locations how should i maintaind ?

Please suggest.

You should have country specific system time zones.

User time zones dont have to be the same as system time zones and you can set them as per the user.
