SAP HANA - License - Different Hardware Key after reinstall

I had an out of disk space incident on our test Hana box, and I ended up with deleting the Hana folders and a reinstall as the most simple solution.

But now my license is useless - I have a different Hardware Key.
Is it expected, or did I do something wrong? I'd expect to get the same Hardware Key with each installation...

Could be the difference caused by installing a newer Hana revision (122.02 original, 122.07 the new installation)?

Summary of what I did:
* I deleted the /hana folder.
* OS stayed untouched, including the SIDadm login.
* I ran the Hana installer and installed Hana with the same SID as before (the SIDamd linux login was reused).
