EEWB

I know we can create a new Custom Tab and new fields using EEWB.I was working on it even.But my problem is ...

When I was creating a new project in EEWB ,it used to create a new tab.But now when I am trying to do that ,all the fields created through my second project are even getting added into my second Tab...instead of creating a new Tab.

Is there something in the config that I need to change ? for the new Tab to be created?Please let me know how do I do it.
